The owners Scott Zachary and Ed Lindstrom started this business because they could not find an authentic French Dip sandwich in Middle Tennessee.
Our au jus and many sides our our own recipes. All ingredients are fresh, including preservative-free bread from a family-owned bakery in Nashville. Our sub sandwiches include a vegetarian option.
